Gofikar.com provides cab services in and around New Delhi. Our services include but are not limited to
Booking: All bookings must be made through our official website, mobile app, or customer service number. Confirmation of the booking will be provided via SMS or email.
Cancellation: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time will incur no charge. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the estimated fare. No-shows or cancellations at the time of pick-up will be charged the full fare.
Payment Methods: : We accept payments through cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payment platforms. Payments must be made at the end of the journey unless pre-payment is required for certain trips.
Fare Structure: : Fares are calculated based on the distance travelled, waiting time, and any applicable surcharges (e.g., night charges, tolls, or parking fees). The fare estimate provided at the time of booking is an approximation and may vary slightly.
Conduct: :Passengers are expected to behave respectfully towards the driver and other passengers. Any form of harassment, violence, or misconduct will result in immediate termination of the service.
Belongings: : Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. Gofikar.com is not liable for any lost or stolen items during the trip.
Safety: : Seat belts must be worn at all times. Passengers must comply with local traffic laws and regulations. Failure to adhere to these may result in the termination of the journey without a refund.
Professionalism: :Our drivers are expected to maintain a high level of professionalism, including punctuality, courteousness, and cleanliness
Safety and Compliance: : Drivers must adhere to all traffic regulations and drive safely. They are also responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and operational safety of the vehicle.
Right to Refuse: : Drivers have the right to refuse service if they feel unsafe, if the passenger is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or if the passenger's behavior is deemed inappropriate.
Gofikar.com will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services. This includes, but is not limited to, accidents, delays due to traffic, or other unforeseen events.
In the event of a breakdown or unavoidable delay, Gofikar.com will make every effort to provide an alternative vehicle or refund the booking amount.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information collected during the booking process will be used solely for providing our services and will not be shared with third parties, except as required by law.
Gofikar.com reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will be effective immediately upon posting. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
