Rishikesh sits about 25 km beyond Haridwar on the same highway. The fastest road is NH-334 from Delhi through the Delhi-Meerut Expressway, then Meerut, Muzaffarnagar, Roorkee and Haridwar. Leave early in the morning to avoid traffic around Delhi and Ghaziabad, and to reach Rishikesh before evening.

Best Time for a Delhi to Rishikesh Trip
